Forgot to make a payment. Their way of notifying you: You see the truck race by and it doesn't pick up your trash! So I called them, found out the problem, made the payment electronically, that day. One week later, still no payment received. Of course, they don't take your word! I cancelled and went with another company. Found out I have to pay for a week of service, I didn't get! If I had waited one more day and I would have had to pay for two weeks.
Pros: Not only do you get what you pay for...
Cons: Every week you get to pick up all the trash that fell off the truck while they were picking up yours, after they leave, because they don't bother to! That can get to be pretty nasty!
