I brought my TV to them, they quoted a price, they estimated when the repair would be finished, and I put down a small deposit. The quoted price was spot on and the repair was finished by the date they estimated. My TV (a Sony Wega Flat Panel CRT) has worked like new ever since. I had a great experience.
Pros: Honest estimates and turnaround times on repairs.
Cons: Home repair/pickup is an option, but rather pricy.
