I bought Odyssey from this place last year. The sales person did not exactly know what was included in the package. We were mentioned that trip/gas usage calculator are built-in to Navigation system and MP3 discs can also play. None of these were available in the car i bought. When i approached dealership, the salesperson understood my problem but showed no apology. The manager also did not respond since car was alsready sold. I trusted them in sending me referral money that was promised during signing, but after five calls and 3 months, manager name Andrew denied it and hung up on me saying i am unsatisfied customer. Well, true i was unsatisfied because i did not receive everything that i was promised and i paid for. No one cared to know why i was unsatisfied.
Pros: large selection and good service/repair department
Cons: no after sales service. Rude/rough once deal is completed.
