We purchased an attractive mahogany door from Borano which arrived in a severely damaged crate. Although the door was not damaged itself, half of the door hardware had fallen out of the crate and was lost in transit. After reporting this, Borano refuses to communicate. Amazingly, they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Unfortunately we paid in advance by check which was the only method acceptable to Borano. Now we have a beautiful door but with ugly holes awaiting the missing hardware. We cannot believe the complete absence of customer service from this company. more
