We just bought and installed a beautiful Borano door out in Arizona. We shopped around for over a year before deciding on Borano. We are very proud to show this door off when we have company over and the compliments are never ending. The process was very simple and the product was superb. We will be using them again for our vacation home when we remodel next year. more

Awesome Job Borano! As a homeowner, I had so many questions to ask and so many things to learn when shopping for my front door. I must have considered half a dozen companies, but everyone at Borano was just so helpful that I could not think of going elsewhere. They were so patient with me as I tried to narrow down my options. I finally got it down to 6 and they were kind enough to show me photos of my home with each door inserted. That was a huge help. I decided on a Moliterno with sidelights and I could not be happier. People from our neighborhood are walking up and asking where we bought our door. THANK YOU to the entire Borano staff for your courtesy, patience and professionalism. Highly Recommend this Company!!! more

Awful customer satisfaction 2/29/2008

We purchased an attractive mahogany door from Borano which arrived in a severely damaged crate. Although the door was not damaged itself, half of the door hardware had fallen out of the crate and was lost in transit. After reporting this, Borano refuses to communicate. Amazingly, they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Unfortunately we paid in advance by check which was the only method acceptable to Borano. Now we have a beautiful door but with ugly holes awaiting the missing hardware. We cannot believe the complete absence of customer service from this company. more
