I bought a very expensive LCD 40" tv from the Wayne Sammans' store. The old man who owns the place came out to help me with a specific model I was looking for. (Needed a replacement set for the Super Bowl.)\r

He was very friendly and seemingly helpful. He told me he had only one model left- the store was closing and I thought it better to go to bigger chain, ie Best Buy. But he told me that the tv set was perfect and that he would knock an additional $100 from a $2000 tv because "I looked like a good guy".\r

The old man seemed honest enough so I decided to purchase it. When paying, the woman at the counter was very rude and didn't answer any of my questions about returns and policy until after my credit card went through.\r

Then she threw my card on the counter and she muttered that there were none and all sales are final. "Call manufacturer," in a thick accent, she said. I didn't understand and when I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me. \r
