We would like to share our experience with Parking Solutions on 10/01/2007. \r
*Not on time because they got lost. We suggested for them to come prior to the wedding and they thought it was not necessary\r
*Requested four valets and received two, of which one was late\r
*Parked on grass where we specifically told them not to park\r
*Over half our guests parked themselves\r
*Charges were in question because they did not deliver the service we were promised - We were still charged, without notice\r
*Management was not sympathetic, neglectful and unhelpful\r
*Owner would not take the time to resolve this issue\r
My wife and I conversed through countless e-mails with area manager Bryan Kendall but got nothing accomplished.
