I recently used the valet service at UTMC in Knoxville, TN and couldn't have been happier with it. The valets were extremely polite and helpful not only to me, but also to others who were using their service at the same time. I'll be visiting the hospital regularly for a while and will use the valet service again. Thank you. more

I have horrible news, for the Park Inc at UT Medical center in Knoxville, TN. I was coming out of the hospital when an older employee named Ray picked me up in a shuttle, and took me to my car in the garage, but when I tried to get up to get of off the shuttle, this man squeezed my ass. This man had salt and pepper hair on his head and beard, he had a white golf cart. He was sorta bald, I was on parking level E4 and no one was around when he did this, When he sexually assaulted me, I smacked him in the face and ran to my car. As he drove off I could hear him chuckling to himself and I sat in my car crying I didnt know what to do so I came home and looked online to inform you. more

I recently parked at the Business Valet lot operated by Park Inc at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. After I went through security at the airport, I realized that I had left my coat on the shuttle bus from the parking deck. I phoned the number on my valet parking ticket and explained my problem. Within 5 minutes, they had called me back to say that they found my jacket and offered to bring it to me in the airport (meeting me at the security line). I didn't want to bother backtracking through security so I asked them to put it in the trunk of my car. And that's where I found it, safe and sound, when I returned from my trip! Thanks! more

Beware,when using Park Inc,they are a second rate group of petty \r thieves,just do not leave any valuables in your car.After the second \r time i was ripped off, my complaints to a Gary Daniels,head of the operation,\r refused to return any of my phone calls.I have heard from others \r of reckless driving and damages to their cars,and claims were \r not paid.I overheard a employee complaining that they are under paid and Daniels is always looking for ways to cut their hours.With \r these complaints,and my bad experience,you are better off self \r parking,just not worth the risk using this company.I have read the \r complaint about the wedding valet,that is another Great example\r to question these people creditability.\r Roy J. more

This is in response to the person that got something stolen out of their car. First you should read the ticket that was given to you where it clearly says Park Inc is not responsible for stolen items, for example if you went to McDonalds and someone stole something out of your car would you expect McDonalds to take care of it or YOUR insurance company. Get real. more

I am a resident of The Arlington Condo in Charlotte, NC. We share our parking deck with a local restaurant. Park Inc. does the Valet for the restaurant. Their young valets think our parking deck is a racetrack. They constantly speed and have nearly hit several of our residents and security agents. They also park cars in restricted areas, despite many warnings. Their valet drivers are also rude to our residents. Brian Kendall could care less about the behavior of his valet employees, and has no intrest in following the rules of the parking deck agreements. It's never their fault. They are a liability to our building & parking deck. more

My wife and I recently had dinner at one of charlotte nc.'s finer eating establishments. The dinner was tainted however by the valet parking service. (PARK INC.) We left a $300.00 + navigational system in our vehicle, stashed away in a compartment thinking it should be ok. We our car was returned to us we discovered the unit was missing . We reported the theft to their management, who asked their employees if they took it and when they denied it, we were told that they believe their employees and there was nothing else they could do for us. So do not leave anything you don't want them to steal in your car. more

I have used Park Inc at the airport and at various restaurants around uptown. They are very professional, friendly and quick to help you out of your car and to get your car returned to you. I love using them at the airport and adding on the car detailing service, it's great to return from a trip to a nice clean car! I would definitely recommend Park Inc! more

We would like to share our experience with Parking Solutions on 10/01/2007. \r *Not on time because they got lost. We suggested for them to come prior to the wedding and they thought it was not necessary\r *Requested four valets and received two, of which one was late\r *Parked on grass where we specifically told them not to park\r *Over half our guests parked themselves\r *Charges were in question because they did not deliver the service we were promised - We were still charged, without notice\r *Management was not sympathetic, neglectful and unhelpful\r *Owner would not take the time to resolve this issue\r My wife and I conversed through countless e-mails with area manager Bryan Kendall but got nothing accomplished. We got the feeling that they didn't care that our guests had to park their own cars and walk to our WEDDING. Very helpful, especially in the busy downtown area. Never had a problem with any of them. Car was returned in the exact condition that i left it. The guys that work for this company are very friendly and get the cars out fast. A lot of times they people don't realize that they are working for tips and are not payed an hourly rate so I make sure to tip them well. They are also a company that provides valets for private parties so if anyone ever needs their services they are the best in the business! Very professional!
