I have been a member here for about 4 years now and I finally committed myself to working out 4 days per week and sticking to my meal plan. My goal was to be able to run 3 miles with out stopping. I always seem to be doing cardio next to the owner everyday (Brad) and told him my goals and what i wanted to accomplish. After my 45 minute cardio session i had a workout plan and i knew what i needed to eat. After six months of being on my plan i was able to run my three miles with out stopping and i could not have done it with out the support of the Vision Quest Trainers and their CEO!! I am a very happy member and would recommend this gym to people of all shapes and sizes!!! so thank you Vision Quest Staff for helping me reach my GOAL!
