In June 2007 I had a foundation problem. I went through the exhausting process of calling contractors to explore my options. Keystone happened to be one of the 6 companies I called. During the process of getting estimates I discovered how condescending and judgmental people can be. I have muscular dystrophy and I am confined to a wheelchair. This made the estimation process hard as I could not go down the basement steps. A couple of the contractors were in and out of my house in 5 minutes. Another contractor told me to call him when I could have someone walk downstairs with him. The next to last company tried to take advantage of me by saying my house was going to collapse. They demanded I give them $5000 today to get started on rebuilding my foundation. Little did he know I have an uncle that came over and told me I needed a simple waterproofing system. I was at my wits end. The last estimate was Keystone. Aaron called me the day before to confirm and explained that he was an engineer who was very knowledgeable about these situations. By this time I did not trust anyone. When Aaron came over I was shocked to see a young man who owned this company. This furthered my suspicion. But to my amazement he proved to be the most competent. Not only did he spend 2 hours explaining what I needed, he went downstairs and took digital pictures, downloaded them on his computer and showed me what he was looking at. No one else wanted to give me the time of day. I gave him the contract. The job was completed and Keystone was a pleasure to work with. Aaron stopped over three times while the work was going on just to make sure everything was correct. Five days after the project Aaron came out again and retested everything just to be sure at my request. This is why I must tell you what a great company Keystone and its owner Aaron Stull are. If you need a good company, they are it!
