I received an arrangement for Valentines Day that had been order over the phone by my fiance to start I was told by the sender that part of what she had ordered I had not received (Stuffed bear and balloon) When I call them that same afternoon the girl that I spoke with said they there at the shop and that it must have been over looked at time of the order was sent out to me and she would send it out to me the next day, but by noon they where not here! when I called back I got some one who said she was the manager and told me that I had received all that was order and paid for and she did not care what my fiance said she did not see them there but she could not tell me why it was when I call the same day of the deliver I was told that they had forgot to send them out, also by this time I also had noted that the arrangement was looking Bad it was only 24hr old but wilted. I was quite dissatisfied with the quality and the why that she talked to we was just as she said ?I DO NOT CARE ?Then she told me there was nothing she was going to do about it and that I needed to call Telaflorist to get them to fix this in the time that I spoke with her she must have said ?I do not care at leas five times. I would discourage anyone from using this florist because as I said she did not care!!!
Pros: That I never have to use them again
Cons: Only 24hr old but wilted, she did not care!!!
