I see that someone was very unhappy with their experience at Kurr and I can't imagine why, unless this is a personal issue outside of Kurr. I have been going to see the owner of Kurr before she ever even opened this spa. You truly could not ask for her to be anymore considerate or caring of her clients than she is. She always goes above and beyond what you would expect a normal spa visit to entail. Kurr has a very relaxing, pleasant environment. The staff is very tentive to your questions and concerns. They make you feel like you are the only person they are meeting with that day. I've had experiences in the past with spas that try to rush you in and out to get in more people but not at Kurr. I would highly recommend Kurr and the staff to everyone I know and I do! It is nice to have a spa that has a more personal touch and you don't feel like the next $ coming through the door.
