I purchased flowers for valentines day and intially they made a mistake on my order. Not only did they fix it, but gave me a much larger arrangement than I had purchased. They also stayed five minutes after their usual close time to give me enough time to pick up the flowers. My wife loved them (and she is very picky about flowers). I'll definitely use them again.
