Hillside Floral

I just want to thank Hillside floral for all they do over there. My family and I have used Hillside floral for years since I lived over in that area (I am since out of the country but still use them...and they make it easy for me by delivering anywhere in the valley :)). I use these wonderful people for every flower occasion and I will for as long as they are in business! They are always prompt, deliver BEAUTIFUL arrangements, and don't charge an arm and a leg compared to other flower companies for the bouquets and delivery. I appreciate all the wonderful flowers they have delivered to people I love over the years! I am appalled by the few negative reviews on here. That being said, usually the only people that rate companies online are people that are displeased, and there are only two on here!! The rest of us have LOVED this company for years, and will for years to come. And Charles S. is right, they are the longest lasting flowers I've ever gotten for anyone in my life. They last 2-3 weeks. They also don't have a ""minimum purchase required for delivery"" so you can buy anything you can afford and they will deliver it. Working with Jerry Rose at Hillside Floral was a wonderful experience for us. My father died unexpectedly, and we could only give Jerry two days more

I have been to many different shops. this one is nice. it is rommier then you normally find at shops, it smells nice which is a bonus. the girls that work there are super nice and easy to joke around with. they joke around with each other too infront of customer's which is pretty refreshing always. It is nice to see a work environment where people get along. I did have one weird experience with the gentleman that works there. a cute young girl was helping me and he came in the middle of our conversation and put down the girl. or more or less was talking down to her. he was very nice to help me finish my order, but i found him to be very odd and pushy. he also seemed a little on edge, but kind. there work is beautiful from what I saw. more

I have loved Hillside for years. My husband has bought me many bouquets and arrangements from them over the years, but the last couple of arrangements have not lasted. Although their arrangements are aesthetically pleasing the quality and freshness of the flowers is declining. I was lucky enough to receive a bouquet a few days ago. It was beautiful. Arrangement was made with roses, hydrangea and other flowers. I received my flowers on a Saturday afternoon and by that evening the roses were already wilting. The next day I changed the water (to keep bacteria from growing). That did not help and by Sunday my poor roses were already too far gone. I was quite disappointed in this. The roses had to be discarded after two days. The rest of the arrangement only lasted 4 days. Other arrangements have lasted about a week. I'm sorry to say that I will be trying a different florist. more

I've used them multiple times and each time they go above my expectations. No matter what I go in there for, my wedding last year, or a baby arrangment/gift, they always work within my budget and make it beautiful. My friend said the arrangement I gave her, lasted forever. I'm picky and I've been impressed with their prices and helpfulness everytime. I also like the classy look of thier flowers. Pros: Gorgeous flowers, affordable more

we just had hillside do our flowers for our daughters wedding. hillside saw my daughters vision and produced our daughters dream jerry was wonderful to work with. he made both bride and mother of the bride happy he was actually helpful with other things concerning the wedding. i was impressed with how smoothly the flowers went i can only thank jerry and his staff for doing an outstanding job and making the wedding perfect thanks again Pros: they are pros more

Jerry Rose was amazing with what was done with our wedding at La Caille! I gave him a direction and let him do his magic. I couldn't have asked for anything better. What made it even better was that even though my wedding was on a Sunday night he took the time to show up before the wedding and make sure everything was going exactly how I wanted it to. I purchased flowers for valentines day and intially they made a mistake on my order. Not only did they fix it, but gave me a much larger arrangement than I had purchased. They also stayed five minutes after their usual close time to give me enough time to pick up the flowers. My wife loved them (and she is very picky about flowers). I'll definitely use them again. more

The flower selection was not that fantastic. the arrangements were beautiful, but the customer service was terrible. they look at you like they have no idea why you are there when you come in, and the owner is strange and rude. also note, they have a ton of experience... and they let you know about it at every opportunity, including why you are wrong about your flower choice. not very personable, and i know places where i can find friendly people and beautiful arrangements.
