Do not give these people your business. The woman who I've been speaking with (and doing my best not to be rude back) is abrupt, stubborn, and very rude. She insisted that she needed a fax from the appliance company before they will do anything; yet, I called the company a couple of times and was told that they do not send out fax approvals for warranty work. The appliance repair company needs to call them and they will issue them an authorization once they have completed their diagnostics. I even got the reference number for them and she still refused. With such poor customer service, I'd be afraid to see just what kind of work they will do. I hope you will find another company and not help support a business that treats potential customers so rudely.
