Do not give these people your business. The woman who I've been speaking with (and doing my best not to be rude back) is abrupt, stubborn, and very rude. She insisted that she needed a fax from the appliance company before they will do anything; yet, I called the company a couple of times and was told that they do not send out fax approvals for warranty work. The appliance repair company needs to call them and they will issue them an authorization once they have completed their diagnostics. I even got the reference number for them and she still refused. With such poor customer service, I'd be afraid to see just what kind of work they will do. I hope you will find another company and not help support a business that treats potential customers so rudely. more

Our two month old dishwasher gave an error code saying it could not pump out the dishwasher. Being under warrantee we called the dealer and the manufacturer, they sent us to Bob's. It took a week for the service call (normal I think in this trade), when he came out he said it needed a new pump, that would take a week. When he came out to install the pump he said he would not remove the dishwasher from the counter, that was the customer's responsibility (we paid to have it 'professionally' installed). He wanted no part of working with the floor tile (which had not been reinstalled since the dishwasher installation and were still loose). The dealer and the manufacturer suggested another repair company whose technician came out and found a plug in the drain hose! A proper diagnosis would have saved us two weeks of not having the unit working. Cons: missed diagnosed simple problem, said removing unit from counter was customer responsibility more
