I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Brennan's back in October last year. The lady was very helpful on email and by phone and made sure my order was correct especially as I was converting UK to US sizes.\r
When I hadn't received the dresses or any communication after the 12 - 16 week time frame, I tried to call them. It took me 2 weeks to get through to them - constantly getting their answer phone.\r

As the reviews here say, the website, email and phone systems are down. I have now contacted my Visa company to cancel the order and they are going to follow up directly. I've placed the order again with netbride and they are cheaper and already far more efficient. I can only hope the dresses arrive in time :( \r

Thankfully I have time to sort this mess Brennan's have created but trying to deal with this nightmare from the UK has added an extra complexity and one any bride just doesn't need! Thanks to everyone's reviews that helped me come to a decision quicker about cancellation! \r

Glad to hear they have gone out of business so that no one else has to go through this but hope everyone has time to find alternatives if they have already ordered!
