The doctor is great, but the office staff is horrible. I have discussed her with the physician, but he defends her. Her name is Jackie, and she id rude as the day is long. She is short tempered and never has a nice thing to say. I will be leaving this practice, and I am sorry to say, I will and have never recomended this practice due to her. I had called and requested to speak to the physician, and she relays her beliefs which are totally inappropriate.I forget to say I have been a nurse for over 30 years, and her behavior is unforgivable.
