I have nothing but good things tosay about everyone in this office, staff and doctors alike. Perhaps the rude person the others speak of was no longer there when I started going there. I've never had a bad experience with anyone and I like both Dr. Krupp and his partner Dr. Mohan. more

I have recently started as a patient with Dr Krupp, but he was been very thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. I didnt have to wait a long time in the waiting room, which has been a problem for me in the past. Everyone their seems very friendly, and I plan on continuing the relationship! more

The worst office staff I have ever encountered 2/5/2008

The doctor is great, but the office staff is horrible. I have discussed her with the physician, but he defends her. Her name is Jackie, and she id rude as the day is long. She is short tempered and never has a nice thing to say. I will be leaving this practice, and I am sorry to say, I will and have never recomended this practice due to her. I had called and requested to speak to the physician, and she relays her beliefs which are totally inappropriate.I forget to say I have been a nurse for over 30 years, and her behavior is unforgivable. more
