My wedding dress needed the top taken in, a bustle, and needed to be hemmed. At checkout, the lady said that I needed to put ""something"" down, so I put $50 down and was told my dress would be ready in 2 weeks. I go to pick it up. I tried it on first only to discover that there was no bustle and it had not been hemmed. I told the owner the problem so she got my reciept out and said that they require half down to do ""all"" of the work, like I knew better. She also said the woman that checked me out didn't work there often and she didn't even apologize. So I had to wait another 2 weeks for what should have already been done. They also charged me an additional steam press fee after all of this because now my dress was seriously wrinkled from the alteration process. This was my first and last experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone! Brides Beware!
