NOT ONLY DID I FIND A DRESS... 5/30/2011

I went to BP&A just looking for a wedding gown. The lady that helped me was named Shirley. She did everything that she could to make sure i was happy. I also learned that there is a lady, by the name of Jackie, in their store who makes beautiful bouquets and more. This truly was a one stop shop and it has taken a lot of stress off of me which has made my wedding experience a wonderful one. more

I just want to say going here, was a experiance. I loved the flowers there I had ask the flowers they have around the shop are they for sale and they had said yes. I took care of all my bridal needs right in one spot. more

Good: I liked that the prices were lower here than any other shops I searched in as far as the actuall bridesmaids dreeses went. The Staff was very helpful and had good ideas to make each dress unique but still look the same.. Bad: The veils were a little pricy along with the tiarras. Improvements: Lower prices on some items. But besides that no complaints.. Other: The entire experience was great. I had an enjoyable visit to Bridal Place and Alterations.. more

Bridal Place and Alterations 12/1/2007

Never go to Bridal Place and Alterations, they ruined my wedding! Every dress was three sizes too big and it was 70 dollars per dress to get it altered. They lied to us numerous times and with every lie I had to give more money. They screwed me and my husband out of $400 (and I didn't pay for any of my bridesmaid dresses, so thats not counting the money they got from my bridesmaids)! They are RUDE! And everything that went wrong was my fault and the reasons they gave me were stupid! They treat you like crap and you don't get what you pay for! more

Don't get any alterations at Bridal Place!!! 8/20/2007

I bought my wedding dress here and it was a NIGHTMARE!! I found a beautiful dress, but I had Bridal Place do the alterations. I had to go back 4 times (after that I just gave up) to get the alterations re-done and one time they couldn't even find my dress. I had to go to the store myself to find my dress-- it was hanging on the rack to be RE-SOLD!! I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for my alterations after this trip, but in the end the manager said I'd have to pay anyway. They were not apologetic of what they had done to my dress and this made matters worse. Don't get anything done at Bridal Place & Alterations! They will mess up your dress and then make you pay for it! more

I went to Bridal Place and Alterations for my prom dress and i was completely satisfied i not only found a one of a kind dress that no one else could have but they in turn dealt with my complicated ideal for my alterations, my dress came out perfect and exactly how i wanted it. I later went back and had a dress purchased from another location for my brothers wedding and had my, my sisters, and my mothers alterations done there and was perfectly satisfied. more

WARNING! 11/30/2005

Bridal Place and Alterations is overall the worst bridal/formal store I have ever stepped into. I purchased my entire prom wardrobe from them and the beads were falling off of my dress before I left the store, the alterations were 2 weeks late and my shoes were ordered incorrectly not only once but twice. I eventually had to purchase uncomfortable shoes that I did not want. The staff is also very rude and refuse to take the blame for their constant mistakes. I was completely dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend this bridal shop to my worst enemy! more
