I had a very disappointing evening at Valenza. They seem much more interested in moving people through the restaurant than in making the evening a memorable one. This is too bad as it would seem to have much going for it. When I complained about the poor service and treatment, the Manager (allegedly the owner) was unapologetic and unconcerned. Needless to say, I will never return nor will I ever recommend this restaurant to others. Indeed, I found the manager's response to be so offensive that I will probably recommend that people not go. Food isn't bad - actually pretty good - but the overall attitude of the management and staff is such that it makes what could have been a pleasant evening memorable in that I will now never return. Indeed, my memory will be one of very poor service and treatment. THINK TWICE before going to this restaurant. There are many better places to spend an evening.
