I read the other two positive reviews on this site so I was excited when I received a coupon for Agostino's. I thought I'd finally try it out. I've lived in ST. Louis all my life and I knew of the place. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The decor can only be described as 1960's country club. It hasn't been updated since then. The pink curtains were filthy with dust. But that all would've been fine if the food was good. It wasn't. The butter for the bread tasted stale. The bread itself wasn't baked there and was dry. I had the beef spedini and I honestly don't think it was beef. It had no taste. Worse than nursing home food. The red sauce with the pasta was runny - watery. If you like BLAND, overpriced food and eating in a time warp, this is the place for you.
