Who puts open drinks out on a public sidewalk at an opening and then scorns passersby for taking a ""bottle of water - which costs $0.25 at Costco"".They must really be hurting for money (I am not by the way) and so they certainly should not scowl at potential clients that assume it is for the public consumption. I will certainly never use this salon for this particular reason, even if they were voted the hair geniuses of the Universe, which I seriously doubt.
