I made an appointment with City Wide a week and a half in advance so I could clear my schedule to make sure I was home. After waiting 2 and a half hours I finally called only to find out that they forgot to put down my appointment on the books so they had no record of me making an appointment. The man that I made the appointment with was the same man who denied that it was him that forgot to put my appointment down. I then rescheduled my evening so that they could come over at 6pm that same evening. After waiting for at least 30 minutes and no one had showed up I called again and they said that they wouldn't be to my place for at least another 30 minutes. That would be well after 7pm. I told them that I had to cancel. The asked me to reschedule and said that they could have someone to my place in 5 minutes. I found that hard to believe since I gave them 2 chances to get to me on time and they couldn't. I would not recommend City Wide.
Cons: They were forgetful and running so far behind that I had to cancel!!!
