Expert Carpet,Upholstery and Oriental rugs,natural & safe cleaners 11/6/2008

My two boys are allergic to dust so I need to make sure the carpet stays clean. Well, I am pleased that the cleaning detergents that the technician used were non toxic and good for people with allergies. I feel good knowing my boys can play on the carpet without worrying. Great Job 7/25/2008

They gave me a time window of 10-12 and were here on the dot at 10. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and they did a great job. I'm not sure what the going rate is for cleaning my size carpet, but my only complaint was that it seemed a little pricey. I will definitely call them again, though. Best Cleaning 3/29/2008

We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Citywide Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. On time, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. was so sick of those old stains on my wall to wall carpet. while I was sitting over coffee with a friend at my house, she told me about this company and how pleased she was with the job and from the customer service. so I decided to try, and indeed so! the carpet was a good as new, not a sign for those old stains, and on that same day I called- I had a technician in my house. he was very kind and polite and the estimation was free of charge! I decided that I want the job done right away. now I have a clean carpet that smells great too! Pros: quick and kind customer service more

My rug was in bad shape. I called Citywide and they came the same week. The technician was very patient when we discussed the cleaning. He picked up my rug and delivered it the next week . The rug came back very clean. I was surprised at how great it looked. Pros: Ultra Clean more

Forgot about me 2/24/2008

I made an appointment with City Wide a week and a half in advance so I could clear my schedule to make sure I was home. After waiting 2 and a half hours I finally called only to find out that they forgot to put down my appointment on the books so they had no record of me making an appointment. The man that I made the appointment with was the same man who denied that it was him that forgot to put my appointment down. I then rescheduled my evening so that they could come over at 6pm that same evening. After waiting for at least 30 minutes and no one had showed up I called again and they said that they wouldn't be to my place for at least another 30 minutes. That would be well after 7pm. I told them that I had to cancel. The asked me to reschedule and said that they could have someone to my place in 5 minutes. I found that hard to believe since I gave them 2 chances to get to me on time and they couldn't. I would not recommend City Wide. Cons: They were forgetful and running so far behind that I had to cancel!!! more

My best carpet cleaning experience....ever 6/5/2007

I am about to move into my new apartment and needed to have the carpet cleaned in the entire apartment. There were a few stains and an unpleasant smell. I also needed to clean my drapes. I called CityWide Carpet and they came to pickup my drapes and delivered them within a week smelling wonderfully clean. Yesterday, the went to shampoo my new apartment`s carpet. It looks and smells wonderful. The stains and smell are gone. They really did a great job. AND they were friendly and ON TIME! I wanted to write a review because I know how hard it is to find a competent carpet cleaner. I really recommend these people. more

We had some guys from CItyWide over yesterday to clean our carpets. Everything was excellent up untill they showed up about 20 min. late, the driver did call to let us know he would be running let though. more

Great Company To Work With!! 5/14/2007

have to say, when tony first quoted me the price, it was more than what I had originally wanted to spend, but I decided to give them a try anyway, my rugs were sooo dirty. Well, when he brought the rugs back, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY!! They looked BRAND NEW!! I could not have asked for anything better. Ron is a really sweet guy, and he delivered them when he said he would, within my timeframe. You can use these guys with the utmost confidence. They may be slightly more expensive (he will work with you), but it is worth every penny. They are definitely THE BEST. They get my highest recommendation. -Phyllis, westwood more

QUALITY JOB 5/8/2007

I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP and citywide was able to send their emergeny crew in only one hour. The carpet was wet due to a leak in the pipe and the crew that came over were able to bring my carpet back to perfect condition. This was a wonderful experience overall. Excellent Sofa Cleaning 5/1/2007

My three dogs are constantly jumping and soiling my sofa. It was time for a good cleaning. My friend gave me citywide's number. She said she was very happy with their work. I had the cleaner in my home two days later. She was right! They get the sofa very clean. Perfect Job! Thanks Pros: No more odor more
