I got sucked in by an advertisement in a magazine ($89 for a cleaning (1 intake)). They showed up with their equipment in their hands. The lead guy was a fast talker and he wrote up an estimate. He then showed me the final number and my eyes popped out of my scull. Then he called their boss and he struck a ""deal"" with me. Just like a used car dealer!!! I do not have that much time and I am not too smart, so I let them do the work and they got me for over $750 (the other reviewer got off easy). (In my defense their estimate was in line with an estimate that I got 2 years ago so I said OK.) All of the guys who worked on my house were really young. They were nice and respectful of me and my toddler, but they did things that were sloppy and dangerous. While they were working I went into my basement and found filthy pieces of sharp metal sitting on my basement floor. A major disappointment was how they hacked the vent work in my finished basement. They made no attempt to hide the access points in the vents. Very, very disappointing. (I am getting angry thinking about it.) Another problem was that they had this vacuum running that was spewing dust into my house. My daughter and I were coughing and I told the kid about it twice and he just looked at me. The biggest problem was how sloppy they were. I found screws and filthy rags in the basement and in my bathroom. My daughter even found a filthy rag behind our couch. The biggest scare of this whole episode was when I then went into my basement and found a large jagged piece of metal where my kids play. I called the manager and he had nothing to say and he sent out an inspector who did nothing. I truly regret calling these guys and will never do business with them again.
Pros: They showed up on time
Cons: Expensive, sloppy and trashed my ducts
