We walked in, saw the copper roof and said wow, this is cool. My wife, son and I were seated at a table with lounge chairs and they were very different, ""cool"" and comfortable. The restaurant looks and feels hip. Our waitress was knowlegeable, attentive and was very personable. The chef and restaurant manager greeted us and discussed the food preparation while taking my son's special order. He wanted spaghetti and meat sauce which was not on the menu but was made specially for him. My wife had the ribs with shoe string french fries which she loved and I had the very large hamberger with home made french fries. This Burger is one of the best in town. The food was amazing with great preparation. Baxter's offers specialty house martinis and the ones we sampled were tasty and creative. We are not sure who Baxter is. The Baxter's staff all have their own theory on who this
Pros: Great service. Not your normal Utah, restaurant service.
Cons: Shopping after lunch and dinner is going to cost me a lot of money.
