What horrible dogs. Last July Pinnacle purchased an erroneous chargeoff from Verizon Wireless and began harassing me by telephone. I contacted Verizon immediately, and they promptly gave Pinnalce notice to cease collection calls and to remove any derogatory credit entries. I discovered around February 1, 2008, that Pinnacle had not removed the derogatory entries and contacted Verizon again, along with filing a dispute through the credit bureau. In two weeks Pinnacle has ignored both Verizon and my dispute while telling Verizon that they removed the entries.
