We signed up to get their sevice. We are serviced out our their McDonough Facility. I called their call center to try to find out about our trash can. We are on our third pick-up already. The call center people are rude and condescending. It is like you are bothering them with your call. I asked to speak with a supervisor. This person said that it would take 10 to 15 days to get the can. That was the way it was done and that it was company policy. They did not hesitate to charge my credit card from day one.

Cons: Customer service is virtually non-existent
