The technician called our front gate and then sat around for 25 minutes with another technician in front of our house. When I called to talk to customer service at Aliso Air to tell the woman that our technician was just sitting around with another guy, she was rude and said she couldn't do anything about it. I told her it is inappropriate for us to be waiting and to watch this guy chatting it up with another guy while we are sitting here waiting for him. She could have cared less! I told her this is a complaint and again said she could do nothing. I told her we live in a neighborhood where neighbors are always speaking with each other and that I would be sure to let them know how rude she was an how her technicians don't care about being prompt. With all the choices, I WOULD NEVER CALL ALISO AIR.
