We payed $33,000.00 for a BL sunroom that is still leaking after almost one year. Crews are scheduled, but don't show up and when they do they don't fix it. Don't waste your time and money. Our nephew's BL sunroom still leaks as well and is newer than ours.
Pros: nothing you can't get with other sunroom companies
Cons: leaks are not fixed and furniture is ruined
