Our experience was wonderful, beginning with the setting of our appointment to the Design Consultant who visited our home and reviewed our options, to the Customer Care Department and then the Installation Crew. Honest and Good workmanship 10/19/2009

We were please with working with everyone at Betterliving. They were honest and they did good work. We were really pleased with the crews and workmanship on the room. We were given good advice with the design of the room. We had a good experience throughout the whole process. We are so glad we built this room. It's BEAUTIFUL!!! They were a great company to work with. We recommend their work. Pros: Good advice more

Simply Outstanding in every way! Really love our room just wish we made it BIGGER! Perfectly built. The young men that built the room were prompt, professional and tidy. My neighbors love it too and are having their room built next week! We are truly experiencing Betterliving!!!! Pros: Well Built. Professional. Tidy while building. more

Leaky rooms 2/25/2008

We payed $33,000.00 for a BL sunroom that is still leaking after almost one year. Crews are scheduled, but don't show up and when they do they don't fix it. Don't waste your time and money. Our nephew's BL sunroom still leaks as well and is newer than ours. Pros: nothing you can't get with other sunroom companies Cons: leaks are not fixed and furniture is ruined more
