My wife stopped by here today because her wipers broke off of her SUV, which caused her not to be able to see during this winter storm we are having right now 12/16/2008. Traffic is the worst it's been. She asked the guy who was there if they sold wipers. The rude guy who was there said "Yes we do, but I won't put them on for you. You should go to the Ford dealership about a mile up the road". She replied, "But I can't see". He didn't do anything. Thanks guys! Way to go the extra mile to win customers!\r

WHAT I FIND HARD TO BELIEVE IS WITH ALL THE WORK THEY DO THERE, HELPING WITH A COUPLE WINDOW WIPERS IS NOT ON THEIR LIST!! OR IS IT THAT THE GUY'S JUST LAZY?? If I could give a 1/2 a star for this place, I would. We will never go back here for anything.\r

The Ford dealership, however, took care of everything. They fixed her broken wiper free of charge. She didn't even have to purchase anything!!!
