Horrible service. I had a set of struts replaced and within 3 weeks they failed. I had another set installed and all was good for about a year. Started hearing the familiar noise in the front and since I had a coupon for a free 100% inspection from my dealer, I took it there and all they found were that it needed was belts and indeed new struts. I called Car-X and they said bring it in as the struts were lifetime warranty, so I did. They did say the struts were bad but also the balljoints and connecting links were bad, which caused the struts to go bad. I brought the car back to the dealer and had them double check everything again and they found all to be good. The service manager was kind enough to call Car-X and explain their findings but the Car-X Manager wanted nothing to do with it. I am appealing to corporate but not holding my breath. What a complete scam! I went there with a groupon I bought for a free oil change,wipers,and tire rotation. That's the only reason I went. In the past I have learned not to trust these type pf places. So, I marked my tires on the inside to see if they were rotated. When I got the call it was ready of course they said it needed more things done. Fuel filter,tires balanced and a leak in the rear difff. I said just do whats on the coupon. I asked if the tires were rotated and they said yes. When I came back to pay I checked my tires and they WERE NOT ROTATED..I asked and it was like pass the buck to the next guy until they came up with--Well, we checked the treadwear and its ok.. Hmmm, nobody told me that before nor was there any mention. BOTTOM LINE--CAUGHT AGAIN. They just dont learn. They will keep doing this until the BBB gets involved and I am definitely filing a complaint. The other work they said it needed was a lie too. This place is a joke. I only went there because of a Groupon. Wish I would have spent the money to go elsewhere. They did not perform a simple tire rotation and did not tell me why until I called back and stated it wasn't done. The manager Chris told me "we didn't because your tires about to fall off." I asked why they didn't tell me this there? We thought you knew ... hey ... know this ... your service sucks and the place is a joke. I will never go back here and make sure that people do not go here. more

Stopped by to have new front brakes installed for my son's 99 Chevy Malibu. They always try to sell you a bill of goods. This time the charge was $661.00 They include junk warranty's you don't need. Triple the cost of the parts and have outrageous rates.\r I was going to walk out and shop the price. Bill, the manager there said what will it take to do the job. I told him $199. He said fine and did the work for $199.99. Don't let this place rip you off !!!! more

Was in for brakes, but was ripped for other parts and made a big list of repairs. When told I don;t need those repairs. The charge to put the things back was equivalent to repairs. Then after repairs I had same brake issue, and was told they have replaced only a small nut on the tire wheel, and the sound for which I had gone was not their problem, AFTER FREAKING $500+ bill. more

My wife stopped by here today because her wipers broke off of her SUV, which caused her not to be able to see during this winter storm we are having right now 12/16/2008. Traffic is the worst it's been. She asked the guy who was there if they sold wipers. The rude guy who was there said "Yes we do, but I won't put them on for you. You should go to the Ford dealership about a mile up the road". She replied, "But I can't see". He didn't do anything. Thanks guys! Way to go the extra mile to win customers!\r \r WHAT I FIND HARD TO BELIEVE IS WITH ALL THE WORK THEY DO THERE, HELPING WITH A COUPLE WINDOW WIPERS IS NOT ON THEIR LIST!! they fixed my brakes and referred me back to my dealer after they analyzed my a/c problem. Said that the dealer should fix it for free - and they did. I appreciated the advice and the brake work was fine. more

I got my cars brakes repaired from here. They did a nice job. I think they repaired the brakes of my car at a good price. Also, I was able to get an appointment really fast and the day I wanted to. more
