Three generations of my family have been going to J's Bakery for cookies, pastries, rolls, but above all else birthday cakes for years! \r WE WILL NOT BE BACK. \r This tradition ended Christmas Eve morning when we arrived at J's to pick up my 2 year olds birthday cake and they were unable to find the cake, the order, or to offer an APOLOGY or any type of compensation for their gross mistake. This is after my mother had actually gone to the bakery and placed the order in- person and discussed at length the type of cake and size we needed. We were forced to celebrate my two year olds birthday (on Christmas Day) without a cake because J's Bakery lost the order form and failed miserably to provide us with any other cake or cupcakes to make up for THEIR mistake. The employees did not care at all about my predicament as I calmly explained to three different employees my situation BEFORE I erupted into rage because of their lack of regard for a birthday cake for my 2 year old. We will never be more
