I have been a client for many years and the service is going steadily downhill. The doctor is frequently interrupted during my eye exams, often times over personal/social isues. Last year I had bought a new pair of glasses that were very expensive and the staff could not get the glasses fitted to my eye (i.e. when I put the glasses on, my eye was looking over the top of the glasses. They were useless to me as I had to bend my neck backwards to see through them... after 3 visits to try to get them to fit better they said ""sorry nothing more they could do."" No offer to replace the glasses or offer new ones. The are ESPECIALLY ill equipped to handle small children. The doctor was RUDE to my 4 year old because he took a little time deciding ""which was clearer one or two"" as the doctor flicked them back and forth very quickly.
Pros: They have the latest in diagnostic equipment and a large choice of frames
Cons: unprofesional, rude staff, very expensive - no concerns for customer service
