I used to get my car repaired at Brooks Auto and I will never go back. My parents used him and it seemed to me they had to go back alot. Then I did. The first time my car wasnt fixed. The second time I needed a part replaced and told them to keep it cheap because I wasnt keeping the car long. They gave me a new lifetime warranty part HUNDREDS of dollars more than my neighbor had just payed for the same part. They also never called me to tell me my car was done and then when I went to pick it up I found they had left the door ajar (I have no idea how long). The car had snow INSIDE of it and had to be jumped because with the door ajar the dome light had killed the batttery. I was livid. The cars are always dirty and smell like cigarettes when you get them back, grease stains on the seats and steering wheel...YUCK!
