Brooks Auto Svc

I have been bringing my cars to Brooks to be repaired and maintained for almost 15 years. I trust them absolutely, they do good work for a fair price and they are all great guys. Very happy with them! more

I used to get my car repaired at Brooks Auto and I will never go back. My parents used him and it seemed to me they had to go back alot. Then I did. The first time my car wasnt fixed. The second time I needed a part replaced and told them to keep it cheap because I wasnt keeping the car long. They gave me a new lifetime warranty part HUNDREDS of dollars more than my neighbor had just payed for the same part. They also never called me to tell me my car was done and then when I went to pick it up I found they had left the door ajar (I have no idea how long). The car had snow INSIDE of it and had to be jumped because with the door ajar the dome light had killed the batttery. I was livid. The cars are always dirty and smell like cigarettes when you get them back, grease stains on the seats and steering wheel...YUCK! more

I had to bring my chevy back three times after they repaired they repaired a fuel problem because they kept putting in a generic fuel pump, it only worked after they put in chevy parts. They cut corners and have outrageous hourly rates. more

When it comes to a tow or service, Brooks is great. But ever car I've brought there for an inspection has "failed" the noise test. Even those that are new or have new mufflers. I'll never bring my car there again for an inspection. more
