This family owned business is by far the best around. The people are very knowlegable and professional as well as patient with a lot of the stupid questions we had, this is especially hard to find with pool stores.\r
We've had our Sundance spa for 8 years now with only 1 service call and just bought a fireplace insert from their williamstown store last winter. We buy all of our pool and spa chemicals and wouldn't go anywhere else.\r
Their service department (Aqua Service) has the best customer service, I think this is because it is also family owned and run.
