Great Customer Service 12/9/2008

This family owned business is by far the best around. The people are very knowlegable and professional as well as patient with a lot of the stupid questions we had, this is especially hard to find with pool stores.\r We've had our Sundance spa for 8 years now with only 1 service call and just bought a fireplace insert from their williamstown store last winter. We buy all of our pool and spa chemicals and wouldn't go anywhere else.\r Their service department (Aqua Service) has the best customer service, I think this is because it is also family owned and run. more

bad location 11/10/2008

This store is par for the course in terms of pools and spa supplies. The prices are pretty good. I generally avoid it because of the location. the parking is awful. more

Got our hot tub from All Seasons, and were pleased with the overall experience. The salesman who helped us was very informative and answered all questions. Got a good price. We still go back to get chemicals for the tub, wouldn't go anywhere else. more
