I went to THE OWNER thinking he'd do a great job. IM STILL CRYING! A month later. My hair was down to my waist. I showed him several pictures of exactly what I want. LONG. Avril Lavine type haircut. He cut off 12 inches. My hair is naturally curly, he and his assistant first straightened it without shampooing. Then we talked in detail as to how I?d like it. He showed me exactly what he?d do before he cut it. I was excited. Angled in the front to long in the back And Bam he cut it straight across the back all off to above my shoulder blades 12 INCHES!. And it took The the owner 3 1/2 hours to do it ON DIRTY HAIR. they straightened first. And did NOT shampoo me after. He knew he did a bad job so did not charge me. But he should have paid me for all the hair he took from me. Not only did he cut it all off it has no shape. It looks like a square bob just past my shoulders. I had to then go home shampoo and streighten it my myself I had an event to go to. It looks hideous curly I can only wear it straight. IM STILL CRYING. Im devastated!
