Company literature, salesman and contractor estimated completion of project from signing contract to completion to be 6-8 weeks. 14 weeks later, they finally STARTED the job. We were not notified of delays and instead had to track down the salesman and contractor to find out about start dates and delays. Once construction started, the salesman, contractor and workers all said it would be completed by end of week. At end of week, it was not quite 1/2 done and we learned of further week or more delay due to a custom window order. Do not trust their time line or estimation of job completion dates. They've missed it by a mile. They are also bad about contacting customers regarding delays. We've had to call them 9 out of 10 times. Very disappointing business practices. We only hope the quality of workmanship and materials will be more reliable. We hope to be able to write a more favorable review when it's finally completed.
Pros: quality of materials and workmanship appear to be good
Cons: Minimal follow up, minimal communication, excessive delays
