We signed our contract for an All-Season Sunroom mid-April 2008 and now - 10 months & $40K later, we are STILL waiting for our finished sunroom. We were PROMISED a completed sunroom no later than 1st of July (didn't happen). Extremely negative experience starting with the salesman who sold us something he could not deliver, failing to communicate with us and when we pushed back, he went radio silent - haven't heard from him again. Our contractor, too, was the epitomy of UNreliability, showing up to work only sporadically - leaving tools, lumber, glass panels, saw horses, etc. strewn all over the back lawn - never saw the same work crew twice. Contractor disappeared (went AWOL) in mid-July and we have not seen hide nor hair of him since. The manager and lead project manager had to finish up the trim work themselves in order to collect progress payment #3 (mid-August). At that same time we had a leaky roof, moldy drywall and a phone circuit that had shorted out (rust); the manager gave us his WORD he would make good on the roof, etc. ... he has since terminated and manager #2 has also given us his WORD Patio Enclosures will make good on this deal - will blog again as to the outcome.\r

We agree with djdolathe, the materials appear to be of good quality, but - truthfully - the customer care experience has been appalling. \r

Pros: The patio glass and framing materials appear to be of good quality.
Cons: VERY poor customer care, bad business practices, places profit above customer needs
