Good selection and prices, but the sales person was very short and rude. He was bothered because he had to ""explain things multiple times"". We were hesitant to pay before the carpet arrived, so we could look at the patterns again. We were told the bulk carpet rolls would come in 2 weeks (the salesperson debates this date, but we have him on our voicemail). It arrived the very next day, and contrary to what we told him, he went ahead and charged our card. When I called to express my displeasure, among other a few other unpleasant issues that occurred, the salesperson got so flustered he essentially hung up on me. Not good business in these times. Not that we did much more than waffle a bit, but I'd think a salesperson would take a heck of a lot more customer grief before they resort to this attitude.
