Ordered a fairly expensive coat (Carhartt) from Sacks online on Dec. 11th for a Christmas present. Sacks is in Syracuse; the ship to address for the coat is in Rochester (maybe 70 miles total distance). It is now the day before Christmas Eve, and no coat. What is worse is that I have tried to contact them for two days and their toll free number, as well as their direct line, transfers automatically to voice mail. They do not return the calls. Now I am forced to try and get my money back! I do not write ""reviews"", but in this case I believe it is important to share my experience with consumers who might want to order from Sacks online. Beware!
