I gave Yoga One a solid chance (5 weeks) and could not adjust to the heat. I really liked everything else about the place, the environment was great, though I wasn't crazy about the bright orange paint on the walls, but yoge isn't about interior design. I've read other reviews talking about the classes becoming very repeatitive and I would have to agree. You find yourselves doing many series of the same motions week after week, which after a little while makes you anticipate what the instruction will be and then there becomes a point when you think, why am I paying this person when I know what they will say. \r
Regardless, in my own opinion the level of heat in this studio seemed a bit excessive, I don't think you need four space heaters on in the middle of Aug to achieve ""hot yoga"". It may be that hot yoga just isn't for me, but I think if they backed it off a bit, I would have stuck around.
Pros: value, good vibe
Cons: Excessively hot. Repetitive movements.
