Ms. Palacios, we?re very sorry that your sofa took longer than anticipated. 99% of our special orders deliver in 4-6 weeks. When selecting the in-stock fabric or leather, orders deliver in just days. Unfortunately, 2-3 times a year we experience this with an order, as with the special order fabric delay on your order. It?s an unpleasant experience for the customer and for us, and an unfortunate reality that occasionally occurs with special order furniture. It is our desire that customers always feel good about their experience at homeLOFT.\r

On a lighter note, we?re please that your sofa was delivered without any problems in early December and we?re glad you have your new furniture for the holidays! \r
