I agree RUN Like HE (double hockey sticks). Worst experience of my life and the owner is a total douche. He took his google reviews off of google, because they were so bad!! Took forever to get the sofa and the fabric had all kinds of runs in it. They never call you back, you have to chase them down. RUN!! FAST!! Try Macy's they are AWESOME. My friend has their warranty and her son wrote on the cushion and they are sending her a brand new one! Macy's is better priced and just as durable. HL's frames are made of PINE!! more

The worst retail experience of my life. Buyer beware!!!! I was quoted 5 weeks or less, took almost 4 months. Poor delivery service, NO customer service or follow up. Everything they sell is custom so there is no way to cancel once you realize how horrific the service is. 25% restock fees if you give up. After $6K and 4 months, I wish I never came across this place...\r \r more

It?s an unpleasant experience for the customer and for us, and an unfortunate reality that occasionally occurs with special order furniture. I ordered a sofa back in August and I am STILL waiting for it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, and I think it's been 13 weeks. Besides that, they won't give me a definitive date (or even an approximate date) of when or even if it will be finished. Very disappointed. I just found these guys driving down 101 today in Solana Beach and dropped in. I purchased a leather sofa I had seen at Restoration Hardware and paid less for it. So many of the stores I've been in around Solana Beach have high prices, I'm assuming because of the prime coastal real estate, so I've often went to San Marcos, or Miramar, only to find low quality and aggressive sales. I've been checking out the ""catalog"" stores like Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and Z Gallerie and had resigned to paying a fortune to get what I want. I was ecstatic to find what I wanted, close to home, and for a realistic price. Also, the husband and wife team that own and run the store were really nice, so I felt good about supporting their local business. Pros: Great styles. Had my sofa in a week. Cool people too. more
