I have been going to this vet for over 15 years now and have only had good experiences.\r
\r
I have never smelled a bad odor. The facility is always clean and the staff have always treated my pets (5 Labs +1 Cat) as if they were their own. \r
\r
They have 4+ Doctors, extended hours by appointment, and take emergencies. 2 of my pets have been been ""bumped to the front of the line before - once my dog was bumped by a car, and the second time was when my cat could not urinate. I suspect others may have been irritated, but I was very glad that my cat & dog did not have to suffer before being seen. I thanked everyone that I had delayed, and had even overheard the staff offering to let the owners drop off their pets (at no charge) so the Doctor could look at them as soon as they could. No one plans on ever having or being an emergency - try to remember that. Over the years, I have heard owners be down right rude to the receptionist - for NO reason other than being an easy target. \r
\r
My animals have always received excellent care from the staff. They educate me about vaccines, what my pets need (and don't need) to keep them healthy. And I have never felt slighted or rushed when it was my appointment slot. \r
\r
Their prices cannot be beat. I have been to other more expensive vets - & saw less caring in the staff . Also, it is a lot easier to prevent disease than treat it. (I skipped heartworm meds1 year to save money - boy was I wrong!!) I will never make that mistake again.\r

I love the staff & recommend making up your own mind.
Pros: Easy to be seen quickly. Nice staff that care about my pets
Cons: Small building, small parking - although the dogs have huge yard to play in.
